Last year at MVMCP ...we were seated on the curb.....waiting to watch the fireworks etc....and a family pushed their way right behind us...which was fine...but the baby in the stroller was fussy...which also didn't bother me....late night...baby.....ok......BUT the Mother kept rocking the stroller back and forth...INTO MY BACK....I politely told her she was hitting me....it stopped for a second...baby fussed...and bam....into me again.....we ended up standing and then they were mad they couldn't see past us. OMG.
But the worst thing was a couple years ago....we were at AK looking for a spot to watch the parade....(not last minute either) so we find a spot....it looks totally open....huh....there is a family and they have a blanket....but none of the kids are actually on the blanket they are sitting with Mom and dad....huh....so we happily stand right behind the blanket thinking the kids will get in it when the parade starts.....
Nope...never got on....so I asked the parents if it was their blanket....they say no but they are saving the spot for another family.....so we wait....in the meantime...a little girl and her family came up behind us....the little girl was deaf....using sign language.....so I let her come up and stand in front of me with my kids.....we were crammed behind this empty blanket
Well after a couple minutes of waiting and the parade coming around the corner....I couldn't take it anymore and I picked up the empty blanket and folded it handed it to the Mother and let all the kids sit.
3/4 of the way through the parade...here comes the other family...oh well....too bad....so RUDE!
