What is the longest or farthest you'll drive alone, before looking for other means?

My 10 hour solo drive to help my sister in the hospital turned into a 12 hour one when she got released from the hospital a day after I got there.

I had to drive her the 2 hours home to her place (she was in a specialty hospital) so then I had the 12 hour drive home which ended up being 14 hours because of several traffic jams.

Under normal conditions that would have been too long of a solo drive for me but I had to have a vehicle and it all happened at the last minute so it was too expensive to fly and rent a car.

I am used to driving and it doesn't bother me so I could drive to more places, I just don't have much time normally so I'd rather not waste it sitting in a car.

I drive from FL to NH by myself several times a year. Leaving again on Friday in fact and this will be my third trip in 5 months. I usually do it with just one night stop, so I would put in about a 15 hour drive per day.
After my last trip back I ended up with blood clots so no more marathon drives for me. I'll have to do it over 2 nights/3 days. Kinda bummed about that, but oh well.

I have no issues though with doing long drives whether by myself or with the kids.

I have no break even point when considering driving alone vs flying, I'd rather drive over flying any day.
That said, as a 54 year old woman, I have driven 10 hours in a day driving alone, that's my limit per day I will drive. After that I start to get tired and sore from sitting so long.
Last month I drove 1000 miles over two days by myself and it took me 8 hours of driving each day.
