Traveling on the Wonder and want to know how late we can stay on the ship. Our flight isn't until 3pm so we are in no rush to get off. Last time, we left before 8 for an early flight. I need to know what time to tell the towncar to get us. We have late seating and there are 12 of us, so I don't want to rush around getting everyone off if we can do it at a leisurely pace. I know that everyone needs to be off so they can get the ship ready for the next cruise, but what is the actual time that they say you have to go? Thanks

Hello Princesspumkin...I believe from all I have read here, the latest you can disembark is 9 a.m. Hope that helps....

Yep, it's 9AM, and they even start announcing at 8:30AM that they would like everyone to disembark now. Even though you have late seating, they will have you out of breakfast by 8:30AM.

They do want late seating folks out of the dining room by 8:30, and everone off the ship by 9, however there can be delays.
On our cruise the first folks didn't get off until 9:15, and it I heard from folks at the airport that it was 10:30 before everyone got off. Don't know what the delay wa's, we arrived in plenty of time to the port, and people were lined up to get off the ship well before 8 am, they just weren't letting anyone off.

My guess the ship was late in getting cleared by customs. Customs officials will hold off clearing the ship until all non-US residents have presented themselves to immigration. They also might have found something "suspicious" and that held up clearing the ship. They also could have been delayed themselves, who knows. As for getting to the airport, all DCL busses start their mornings out at the port and don't start pick-ups at the airport until they start transporting passengers back from the port. What you explain is the exact reas on DCL doesn't want it's passengers booking flights prior to Noon on departure day.

Actually, there was a steady stream of folks getting off beginning at 8 am, but it was a very slow stream. It was the NYE cruise, and rumor was the ship was at maximum passenger capacity....not sure if EVERY berth was filled, and it never seemed crowded, until everyone tryed to get off the ship on the last day.
