what is the "kids feast" at the Concourse?

what is that? Just looking through the menus here on the DIS and trying to figure out what the kids might like the best.

Based on the dates of those menus (10/6), I'd go with the Allears menu dated 12/06:
"Entrees: Grilled chicken OR Grilled steak (add $2.00) OR Macaroni and cheese OR Hamburger"
