What is the Grand Adventures Program?

I was reading a review of the VGC by Nancy Johnson and she said:

"How pleasant is that? All of the great things at the Grand Californian at our disposal. The Grand Adventures programs are also available to folks staying in the Villas, so make sure you enjoy them. They are one thing that the other Disneyland Hotels cannot offer. I’ll be covering them in a future blog! "

Can someone tell me what the Grand Adventures programs are about, please.

A daily newsletter is delivered to each guests room and will list activities that are available exclusively for hotel guests such as Arts & Crafts tour, Grand Scavenger Hunt, early morning entry into a store in DTD (such as Build A Bear), power walks, etc.
