Just phoned to try and upgrade to the Irish offer, as it is back to an affordable price.

She claimed that we can't upgrade to that package because I don't have an Irish address. I told her I was under the impression that you could book any offer from any site. She told me to upgrade from an English offer to an Irish offer I would need an Irish address?! Not sure why that would make a difference?!

Going to try the French number and see what they say!

The French number is 0033 160 306053, and you use a cheap discount dial number first (like 0844 200 9090) which reduces the cost (from a landline) to 0.5p per minute for the call.

Thanks. I would have understood if she had just said if you book under one offer, you can't upgrade to another countries. But to say in order to upgrade I would need an Irish address? Just seems a bit odd!
