What is the food you won't eat?

For me:

Absolutely will not eat: shrimp and mushrooms
Do not enjoy eating: pineapple, red bell peppers and any other seafood.

Innards. Any innards. Cauliflower used to be on the shortlist, too - until I tried it for the first time earlier this year (and trust me, that's a LOT of cauliflowerless years!)

Gotta agree with some mentioned: okra, tongue, sweetbreads & other organs.

I won't eat organ meats - liver, kidney, anything like that. Put Tongue on that list too.

I like most vegetables, but I'm not crazy about greens like collards, beet stalks or dandelions. Spinach and broccoli raab are delish, so I use them in my Hoppin' John at New Years, with very little collard greens.

Other than those things I will try just about anything!!

oysters on the half shell

I am pretty adventurous, and I have at least tried most of the above once- but don't want them again. Still haven't worked up the courage to try escargot yet, though, and probably never will. Snails- ick!!
