What is the easiest way to get 8 people from John Wayne Airport to Disneyland Hotel?

Any ideas on the best way to get 8 people from the John Wayne airport to the Disneyland Hotel? Two people are senior citizens, so I am looking for something that is not a hassle, Any ideas on price?

We took a shuttle once which wasn't too awful. If price isn't an issue, you might consider a car/limo service for comfort and probably the least hassle. You can probably call up the hotel concierge in advance and ask them what/who they recommend. Sorry I don't have any prices since we have driven there the past couple of years. Good luck!

Eight people - WOW!

Well, we just got back from Disneyland and also flew in and out of John Wayne, so here is what we were charged for a family of four.

From John Wayne to Disneyland Hotel in a taxi - $50

From Disneyland Hotel to John Wayne in a taxi van - $40

Now obviously a taxi or taxi van is not going to be big enough for eight people, so my advice is to either take two taxis (you don't need to schedule taxis in advance because they are readily available in front of John Wayne and/or Disneyland Hotel) or just arrange for a limo (although I'm not sure if a limo would have room for all the luggage that's going to be with your party). You would have to call a limo service and find out about room for luggage, but the cost of two taxis or one limo should be roughly the same.

Another option is to call Super Shuttle and see how much it would cost to transport all 8 of you. I'm sure they could accomodate your party quite easily, but I don't know how much they charge per person.

I got a quote from Best Limo and found them off of the Disneyland website. I was quoted a rate of $132 for a 6 passenger limo one way (including all taxes, fees, and tip). A towncar from them was $102. They did have larger vehicles but I didn't request quotes for those.
