What is the dorkiest thing about you?

I used to play Magic and DnD....and still would!

I was in my college's Anime Club my first semester here.

I like Metallica's version of the Imperial March.

I listen to LOTR and POTC songs all the time...

please dont make me list more...i could be here for days.

I guess my dorkiest is......I think life should be a musical and we should sing about it all the time! I make up songs about everything. I even make up songs cleaning up dog poo. My kids sometimes roll their eyes at me but have now come to expect it and sometimes sing and dance with me. We come up with some crazy things, but I am queen of dork in our house!

We own the entire set of Stargate:SG-1 DVDs. And we bought most of them by the season at Costco. We now have our favorite episodes and will skip over the "eh" ones.

We also have Star Trek: Next Generation DVDs. All the seasons. (Again, from Costco.)

Probably the fact that I'm a big sap. To the point of embarrassing. I was just in WDW this past weekend and I was so embarrassed after they turned on the lights after the American Adventure movie because I had tears running down my face. That clip of John-John Kennedy gets me every time, and now they have added the 9/11 Firefighter picture with the flag it just added to my tears. I felt like such a dork.

I'm 36 and still love listening to my Duran Duran CD's and dancing in the room at night with the lights off . DH has come in a few times and has scared the crap out of me b/c my music is up high and I didn't hear him come in. But my reaction after I jump is

Dork/geeky or just plain scary. You be the judge

Like many people, when I've had a rough day I like to put on my headphones and jam for a little while, usually to old Rage Against the Machine or Metallica. When I've had a really, really, really rough day I listen to...

When somethings really funny (or just funny to me) I snort when I laugh, which makes my friends say "Oh lord here she goes move the table" which of course makes me laugh more which makes me snort more pretty soon I'm holding my stomach curled up in a ball snorting. BTW my friends learned to move the table so I don't bang my head on it during my laughing snorting fits.

But, I will also turn ourt the lights and turn up the music and dance and sing when I'm home by myself.
