What is the difference btw BOG QSR and TS?

The question is in the title. I have a QSR at BOG for breakfast. What is the difference? Is there still a character? I am not sure I understand .

BOG is not a character meal at any meal.

Breakfast and lunch are Quick Service. You will order at a kiosk, pay as you order and seat yourself. You will get your own drinks from a drink station. Food will be brought out to you.

Dinner is Table Service. You will be seated by the host and given menus. A waiter will take your order and deliver your food. A bill folio will be brought at the conclusion of your meal. You will have the opportunity to call upon the Beast in his room, but he will not visit your table; officially, dinner is not a character meal and the presence of Beast is never guaranteed.

Beast is never at breakfast or lunch.
