what is the deal with the ticket changes at AAA and the disney store???

I just went to AAA today and they told me they dont sell the4 day hopper passes any more..Ok so i head right to the disney store and they changed them also .. No more tickets that dont expire and 4 different ways to buy them from 3day up to 7 day ....They werent even sure of all the things i was asking them..And of course they didnt really know much about all of them ...I am soooooo lost ..I am soooo mad we didnt buy them before the new year.. But we werent sure when we were gonna be able to go. Now the way it looks we wont go till feb ...Did any one buy these yet and can you tell me about them .....We were thinking the magic your way base ticket BUT can you still leave the park and come back to the same park later in the day???????

You can leave the park and come back. Just have your hand stamped and use your ticket again-you put it through the turnstile, but doesn't take another day off. It just reads it. You won't be able to park hop with the base ticket, but that is not important to everyone.

If you add the hopper option to the tickets you can hop around.
*edit* forgot to add that you can still go in the same park the same day.

If you go to www.aaa.com they are still selling the park hopper tickets on their site.
