What is the current pwp offer

Does anyone know what the current purchase with purchase offer is right now in the parks?how much do you need to spend and is it the same offer in the resort gift shops as it is in the parks. Leaving in less then five weeks, just got my magical express luggage tags in the mail today!!! Getting so excited!!!!

Most places it's a $14.99 beach towel or a $19.99 backpack with a $40 purchase. The beach towel is all blue with Mickey's face and it says Walt Disney World. The backpack is black with multi color Mickey's and says Walt Disney World on the pocket. The backpack is really roomy and is an awesome deal. Plus this deal is everywhere in the parks and resorts. Also in the emporium I saw that you could get a black tote with white Mickey heads. I've seen this tote before and I think it was less than $20 and with a smaller purchase amount like $20.

I got 2 of the backpacks and really like them.
Saw people using them all over the parks on our visit last week
