What is the current cost of the refillable mug?

Also, I have as split stay booked 7BC/3BW. Would the refillable mug still be active for the second 3 day leg of my trip? Not really greatly useful as it's Boardwalk, but just wondering.

I do know that the refillable mug is good for both parts of your split stay-I've done lots of split stays. Also, if you check in the first day, then go to a different resort to eat (maybe your room isn't ready), you can buy your refillable mug at the other resort. And during your stays at either resort, if you go to a different resort, you can use your refillable mug there. For example, when I was staying at BCV, I decided to go to Riviera's CS to eat. I brought my refillable mug and used it there. The only thing I'm not sure of is the question you had about the current price. I think it's $22.99, but I'm not positive. I'll find out in 2 weeks, though!

Yes! Price is currently $22.99. It can be used at any Disney resort, but not in the parks. If you will buy drinks at any of the QS locations, it will pay for itself after about 4-5 sodas.
