What is the Connections shipping cost?

I just ordered some more vouchers on line and what a surprise to see this!

"Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders will arrive between 7 and 10 business days after order date.
Magazines will arrive within 8 - 10 weeks of order processing. "

I also have my last order here in my hand, where it says combined order of $50 or more will be priority shipped and arrive between 3 and 5 business days.

Wow..what happened to the fast delivery...good thing I don't need them til September. I can't wait to see how long they'll take now.

DMRick and others wondering about the longer shipping times, I just placed a call to Connections to check on a tracking number for my vouchers. After 2 customer service representatives, and finally a supervisor(who seemed less knowledgeable than the first 2) checked shipping dates for me, I found out that they have switched carriers. Instead of UPS, Airborne Express will be bringing my vouchers(and not in time, I might add). There is no tracking number with them(they used to be independant contractors, not sure if they still are), so no way to anticipate arrival. In my area, Airborne Express is the worst shipper around, but they are cheaper than both FedEx and UPS. I will not be able to use my vouchers for my quick trip this week, but I plan to order all I need for our Oct. trip soon and cancel my membership. For me, anyone other than a reputable carrier is not acceptable.

Hi, just wanted to let you all know...
That I recently ordered two different days... and both arrived timely... still using ups 2nd day air on ordres over 50, even though the screen also told me that it would be 7-10 business days....
I beleive that is there "just in case" to cover them...

I ordered on Fri, the 8th, 8 am.... received tickets/vouchers tues afternoon

I ordered Mon, the 11th, at 8pm... received tickets/vouchers thursday afternoon!

So, Hopefully for you all, they will arrive promptly...

As for the comment on Airborne Express, I have never had a problem with their shipping. I may be somewhat biased, because I work at Airborne, but they are a reputable company. And are certainly cheaper than UPS... Faster I might add, as 99% of their deliveries are overnite.

None the less, I too was told, by several regular employees, and supervisors, there was no tracking number etc... couldnt tell me an exact ship date... but they wer shipped out immediately, and did arrive 2nd day ups.

I just received my vouchers this morning that i ordered on Thursday.

I only ordered two but they came by airborne express and i didn`t have to sign for them! That was a plus!

I`m wondering if maybe they are sending the smaller voucher orders by airborne now? Because every other time i have ordered them they have come by 2 day ups.

Well, just returned from WDW, and we had an excellent time. Here's a funny (not) story. We were all packed up the night before, and we had to leave for the airport at 5:00 am. I was up at 3:30, getting all of the last minute things ready. At 5:00 am, we were in the car, ready to go. I asked my husband if he grabbed everything off of the dining room table. He said, yes, except for a bunch of papers, but he thought they were just my packing lists. I hesitated for a minute, and said that maybe I should go in and check. I was surprised when he agreed. Normally, he would say "let's just go!" I go in the house, and on the dining room table was a pile of my packing lists, and when I picked them up, underneath was my envelope of vouchers!! I couldn't believe that after all of this, I almost forgot them!! Well, a miss is as good as a mile!! We were at Disney for 7 nights, 8 days, and I had purchased 16 vouchers. I was figuring that we would use 2 a day, to share between the four of us. I have a 7 year old who eats like a bird. And an 11 year old with a normal child's appetite. It worked out perfect. We used our last 2 vouchers before we left for the airport. I have to say, that if I had purchased them elsewhere for $17.00 each, I would have been very upset. $11.00 was a good value, but for what you got, they weren't worth $17.00. The best place was Beaches and Cream, where we spent almost $48.00, including a tip, for the vouchers that cost us only $22.00. Everywhere else, we saved anywhere from $4.00 - $12.00. Nothing major, but still better than not having them. We ate at B&C 3 times during our stay, and made out great every time. We were staying at the Yacht Club, so it was very convenient.

I ordered on the 13th, and then realized I would be out of town the entire next week. I called the next day, and was told, no problem..they were scheduled to go out on the 14th (that day), but they would hold them until the 21st. Well, they didn't hold them (I guess they had already gone) and they came Monday UPS, and Tues, and Wed. I called when I got home on Friday, and UPS said I had till the 28th to pick them up, or they would make one more attempt to deliver. We made an appointment for Monday..and they said to be sure I am home, since if I'm not..back they go. I'll be glued to the house!
Dang..they went from not being very efficient to being overly efficient.
I have gotten them via Airborne and UPS, and been happy both ways.

I had a $98 order delivered from Connections Airborne Express last week.

From looking at the tracking history on the envelope, it was shipped from Connections via Airborne to my local Post Office who delivered the item to my mailbox. I was surprised to find them in my mailbox and not have to sign for them!

It still only took 2 days!

My neighbors will be happy as I am never home during the day and they are always kind enough to sign for my packages.
