What is the closest, yet least expensive, onsite hotel to the Magic Kingdom?

The closest, least expensive onsite hotel near Magic Kingdom is the Wilderness Lodge. This hotel is also a favorite of many repeat visitors.

The Least expensive onsite properties are Pop Century, All Star Sports, All Star Movie and All Star Music. These hotels are the furthest from MK.

Disney's moderately priced hotels are a bit closer to the theme parks, with Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter being the closest to the MK. Check the link below for a map showing the entire WDW layout.

There are also several non Disney hotels that are located on Disney property outside of Downtown Disney that can be quite affordable while offering a very close proximity and complimentary transportation to and from the parks.

of the value resorts Pop Century - 2 double beds (full)

of the moderate resort POR - 2 double beds (full) - there is a part of POR (AB) that also has a trundle

of the deluxe resorts - Cont will be around $244, while WL will be around $199 per night - off season - Cont has 2 queen beds and a day bed, WL has 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed and bunk beds

You can rent a studio from a DVC member at VWL for $120 (12 points * $10).

a studio has 1 queen bed, a double sleeper sofa.

Offsite Holiday Inn West is very, very close to AK - but it gets some bad reviews.

Silver Lake across the street from HI is a timeshares it is very close too.

the other side Cypress pointe (also a timeshare is not too far), Sheraton Safari, Fairfield, Holiday Inn Sunspree - these are pretty close to DD.
