We are looking to reserve a room in the RPC/Main Building concierge of the GF this August. We will be flexible with the dates - any time in August should be fine. However, I cannot make the reservation until the end of June.

Is availability unlikely?

I would advise you to book now. I am not sure what your reason is for not booking until June, but I'm sure it's a good one. That said, I have been checking for the first week of August and some of those nights are already sold out. RPC is VERY popular.

That said, since your dates are flexible, you may luck out, or there could be cancellations, but many of those rooms book far in advance.
