what is the bonnet creek resort

When we in disney we noticed this resort can anyone shed some light on to what it is?

It's a timeshare Michelle, not Disney owned (which is why the signs are not in WDW colours)

Allegedly the patch of land on which it stands was owned for years by someone who refused to sell to Disney and they sold in the end to - I want to say Marriott but I may be wrong! As it's not Disney owned it doesn't have the Disney buses and all the other perks of being onsite (though I'm sure it has its own shuttle buses)
