Just was curious to find out if there is that "one" souvenir you have from any of your Disney trips that you can't imagine being without? Why is it your favorite?

Mine would have to be my CD of music from the parks. Whenever I am feeling sad about not being at WDW, I just pop it in the player, close my eyes and imagine myself at any one of my favorite Disney spots.

Our next trip is October 4 - 12th & listening to my CD 20 times a day is about the only thing that is keeping me sane. :earseek:

It would have to be a Minnie dress, shoes, socks, and ears we bought my daughter on our first trip as a family . She was 4 and we had her picture made in that outfit when we came back home. She was surrounded by Minnies too. I hope someday to see that outfit on a Granddaughter , but i am in no rush. My DD is only 11.

We always come home with a ton of souvenirs but the one thing that we use over and over again is our WDW CD case for our car. We also have a license plate holder and, of course, our Mickey antenna topper but the CD case is something that is very practical and I don't think it was very expensive.

my 3 Mickey sweatshirts.....oops that's not 1 item. Well it's the same sweatshirt but in 3 different colors. DH and I share them and they are great.

The first one that comes to mind....A few years ago when I was in the MK I bought this long poster of the spaghetti scene from Lady and the Tramp. I had it matted and framed. It hangs in my dining room and it's gorgeous. I get so many comments on it. :D

My best souvenirs are my two fondest memories:

1. Visiting Magic Kingdom for the first time in my life with my adorable wife while on our honeymoon.

2. Experiencing the magic through my daughter's eyes during her first trip to Magic Kingdom.

These are Priceless souvenirs and I couldn't imagine being without them. :D

My favorite souvenir is also my most practical. It's one of the squishy camera straps that make carrying your camera around your neck more comfortable. It has Mickey all over it.

I have a mickey and minnie (pretty big ones) that I keep on our bed. mickey on DH's pillow and minnie on mine. I place them like they are holding hands. also, I have blue sapphire type mickey head earrings I wear all the time plus a necklace that has red white and blue gem stones shaped mickey heads on it. I have a framed poster hanging in my brm that says 4 parks one world with the castle, spaceship earth and characters on it and a mickey sitting on a shelf in the kitchen that is wearing a chef hat and holding a fork and knife. yea, I'm just a little obsessed! :D

next time I'm down there I'm getting the mickey waffle maker.
14 days until CR YIPPEE!

**a camera strap (that is collecting dust, I can't figure out how to get it onto my camera :( I need some kind of rubber rings???)

**insulated mugs, like the ones from the resorts. I also have water park mugs, and one from MNSSHP

**Christmas ornaments

**Off Kilter & Millenium Celebration music CDs

**I bought a pencil sketch last year of Sorceror Mickey. I decided last year that I was going to get one of those each trip instead of the "junky" ones....although this year I might look at the attraction posters.

**snacks--they never last long, but I always bring home a few treats to eat the night we get home :)

My favorite I don't have any more. It was the old Mickey Tshirt. It was white with micky with the navy piping on the short sleeve. I kept it as long as I could, it pretty much fell apart. They don't make ones that look like that any more. I wish they did!

My favorite is not one of my suvenirs. It is my DD Pink Minnie ears. Each time I see them (they are right now on top of a Big Pooh) it brings back great memories of how great a time she (and I) had. It is wonderful to watch Disney through a childs eyes.

:D

Beautiful pictures of my 4 little people having fun during our many trips to Disney, I have a ton of them. Also, my husband and I talk often about the adorable things they have said and done at Disney over the years. One of our favorites, when our Chloe was about 2 and a half we went to the MK. She was wearing a Pooh Bear shirt. We were in Toontown and Pooh came out of one of the buildings to mingle with the crowd. Chloe was still a little scared of the characters then, but from a distance she whispered under her breath "Hey Pooh, Hey Pooh, I'm wearing your shirt!" It was priceless. Chloe is 10 now, and still sweet as sugar! Lacee

Refrigerator magnets. Every time you go to the frig you get to remember WDW.

I love our Christmas ornament that has Mickey, Minnie and Tinkerbell on it. We had it personalized and dated since it was our first visit. Looking forward to collecting more souvenirs in 36 days:Pinkbounc

Well I mentioned this souvenier in another thread.. Warning someone to be careful not to bring one home with them...
But we went on our honeymoon in '97, stayed at the Poly. and we brought a certain little package with us.. didn't actually know we had gotten it but now 6yrs later)...He's in Kindergarten. And I am so glad that we got him at WDW.

My best is the waterproof neck-safe from the CBR. It's great being able to carry money and keys into the water with you and know you won't have to worry about getting them wet.

More frivolously - our Tigger fridgeMagnet bottle opener.

Best souveniers:

From our Honeymoon in 92 - A Mickey Mouse Cookbook - Still use it!

From family trip 2002 - Two Minnie Mouse red, black and white baseball style hats for our DDs ages 5 & 6 then. Those hats allowed us to easily spot our kids in a crowd.

Taking the hats with us next week to visit the World again!

Our favorite is the cartoon we had drawn of our 2 boys at Animal Kingdom. It hangs in the hallway to remind us and them of the Super times we had!

I have collected WDW Christmas ornaments every year since we've been married. (1991). We have one dated with each year and then if there is a special occasion at WDW (eg, 100 years) we buy that one too. Soon our tree will be entirely Disney!

We've gone to WDW in October for the last two years, and each time I got one of the small plush Pooh characters dressed up in Halloween costumes, with "Walt Disney World Halloween 200x" on a special metal "tag" on the foot. I love them! They sit on my bookshelf and remind me of our great trips every time I see them.
