Hello everyone,
I booked a standard view studio at Boardwalk villas by renting DVC points. The seller said to contact him if I have any issues or requests.
I understand that to make room requests when you rent DVC points you need the owner to contact the resort directly for you, correct?
I want to stay in a dedicated studio. According to the map, there are not many dedicated standard view studios. I found a few that would fit the bill (I looked at the touring plans map and few maps here for reference).
Touring plans recommend making requests like this
"Bldg Disney's BoardWalk Villas South Building,Flr 4,NE-facing room.Exmple:4097"
What we want is :
- dedicated studio
- highest floor available (based on the standard view that would be 3rd or 4th floor).
How should I proceed? I don't want to bother the dvc owner with multiple requests, so what is the best way to phrase it to increase my chances of getting what I want?
I heard specifically requesting a room number is not good.
Thank you
