What Is The Best Way To Book Cruise?

We have cruised twice and both times used DVC points.
We are planning a third and do not want to use points.
Where is the best place to go to plan and book the cruise?
Any and all suggestions please...

Why don't you get a quote from DU, the sponsor of this site? Also get quotes from two other agents. Don't just compare on price, also look at the services they offer. We used DU to book our pre cruise vacation at AK. The service we received from the TA, Regina, was excellent.

We just got back from the Dec. 14th Eastern and had no problems using Costco(Gave us best quote). However, I met people who were originally on the cancelled sailing and said they were extremely glad to have a TA handling the rebooking and crediting and actually gave them advice about how to make sure Disney was giving them a fair deal!!

Another vote for Dreams Unlimited!
We used to book our cruises ourselves but switched to Dreams due to the rebates. An added bonus is that they watch the prices and automatically make an adjustment if the cost goes down. We currently have 8 cruises booked with them for 2003.

Here's another thumbs up for Dreams. We have used them for not only our cruises (one past May, one upcoming May), but also for trips to Disneyland and WDW.

Their service is the best! Everyone I have ever dealt with there is friendly and knowledgable. They really look after you.

I just got a price from Dreams Unlimited today and it was the same exact price as Disney's. I wanted to try it because everyone raves about it but I did not receive any type of discount. They do have a rebate and shipboard credit but that did not come out cheaper than another quote we had. We also were very lucky on our recent cruise and got an American Express shipboard credit that I am keeping my fingers crossed for. Any suggestions...........was I supposed to ask for a special deal or have a code or something?? Thanks.
