What is the best value resort for a young couple?

We liked POP in the 50's section. The bowling pin pool was always quiet!

POP Century. The dedicated bus service is a bonus over All Star resorts. POP is also close enough to Art of Animation that you can use their bus service to return from the parks as well and enjoy their food court which offers some unique items not found at other resorts. Art of Animation Little Mermaid rooms are just too far from bus service and food court to recommend over POP Century. POP's 50's section is quiet and close to the food court and pools. 60's is in the middle of everything, including the loudest pool. 70's is a great option to be closest to the buses.

When we first went in our early 20's 2 years ago, we planned on POP, however we used Small World Vacations, and our agent discount watched and we ended up staying at the CSR for about $300 more... it was WAY worth it. CSR is the ultimate in the mods, very relaxing and romantic especially walking around the lake at night.

One thing no one has mentioned is that king beds are few and far between, at least at Pop. My DH and I are staying at a value (Pop) for the first time, and these boards have taught me that we are VERY unlikely to get a king bed, so I'm already bracing myself for two double beds. Just making you aware in case you didn't know.

I never did the All Star Resorts but I did stay at Pop Century. It wasn't bad at all and not a ton of little kids running around.

I heard from many people they prefer PC over the AS resorts.
