what is the best uy for trips april thru second week in august?

I have to travel on the holidays, memorial weekend, july 4th, summer to mid august and some april during easter. I would not travel in nov, jan, or february. and, while the kids are young, santa not december. february is the most likely time not to travel at all as well as most of january. what do you think. travel would be april thru mid august likely, maybe end of december as kids dont think about santa, but unlikely. january and february are out. what is best uy for me?
