What is the best time to get air for holiday seasons ... Im looking for Feb 06 Presidents week (when it becomes available)

if sw flights out of your town - then after they announced those days - they are generally lower when they first announce.

get on their mailing list
www.southwest.com

then you will get a email every month. right now they are in Sept. so you have a long wait.

if they are the budget airline for your area - find out which one and get on their mailing list.

most budget airline don't participate in other programs (like expedia or travelocity). SW definitely doesn't.
