What is the best thing you've eaten at Disney World?

The great food at Cape Mays clam bake!!!!! It was great and I would highly recommend it!

Coconut Curry Seafood Soup at Boma.
OMG, my mouth honestly waters just thinking about it. It was sweet and spicy at the same time. The coconut curry CHICKEN soup is good as well and it is the more regularly seen offering on the menu, but the seafood version is even better! I do not like mussels usually but they were cooked PERFECTLY in that soup.

Also, everything at OHANA is great - especially for dinner

O.K. maybe I have simple taste buds, and the funny thing is I am not known for my sweet tooth in my family, but there are 2 things I have to have when I am in Disney...1. Blonde Brownies at the the Sunshine Seasons(think that is the name?next to Soarin) I buy about 6 of them for the week and get them in a to go container.

2. Banana Bread pudding at Ohana's

someone mentioned the coconut chicken and I second that it is absoloutely delish at the Kona cafe and it makes me think about being a the Bubba Gump restauarant in Kauii:lovestruc

Keep it coming everyone! Making me hungry! Can I add another? The Mahi Mahi at Kona with risotto. Had it twice one trip - kids were tired ordered it to go to room. Yum!

Coconut chicken soup at boma - i now make this regularly for us at home

Steak at Raglan road. Preferred it to the le cellier fillet.

Bread pudding raglan road - and i'm not usually a bread pudding fan. Blew Ohana away imo.

The absolute best meal I've had at Disney so far was at Flying Fish. My potato-wrapped snapper and DH's char-crusted NY strip were AMAZING!

Filet Mignon and Cold Water Lobster Tail at Shula's. IMO, the best on Disney property.:cool1::banana:

Todd English's Blue Zoo at the Dolphin! Best Meal I've ever had from top to bottom!

Shared Appetizer: Yellowfin Tuna Tartare - twisted cucumber salad, crispy rock shrimp, orange glaze, scallion cream

Salad: Roasted Beet Salad - greens, goat cheese, candied walnuts, focaccia croutons

Main Course: Bacon Wrapped Tuna - herb silky potato, garlic spinach, mushroom vinaigrette

I've eaten there 3 times, I have to save to eat there, it is pricy but it was so good, I've had the same thing each time.

My son had the same each time too:

Flame grilled tenderloin of beef filet - horseradish fingerling potatoes, charred frisée salad, balsamic veal jus (That sauce, he would have licked his plate if I let him!)

We ordered these for him instead of the horseradish potatoes , Shake & Bake Fries, grated parmesan, crushed garlic, beats any french fry I've ever eaten.

We've never been able to make it to desert, too stuffed!

My husband LOVES the chocolate chip cookies, my daughter loves the blue slushies at AK...my son isn't sure & my answer is asian noodles at the Poly!!!

My girlfriend and I both think Jiko has been our best meal at WDW. We both had the seared ostrich appitizer which, in my opinion, is the best tasting dish I think I have ever had... period. For entrees she had the spice crusted tuna which was very good and I had the BBQ beef short rib which was excellent.

We skipped desert here and finished off our night with ice cream from Ghirardelli's at DTD.

for overall meal I would have to say Jiko everything was so good!!!!! DH had filet at 4 signature restaurants plus Le Cellier and the filet and mac at Jiko was by far his favorite. I had shortribs there which were wonderful as was the BBQ chicken flatbread and the taste of africa. DH and I also enjoyed our desserts but how can u not love fresh doughnuts!!!

I had the best steak at Citricos at GF. Mmmm.

Filet Sicilian - Oak-grilled Filet of Beef with Spanish Onions, Peppadew and Banana Peppers, Quattro Formaggi Crushed Potatoes, and Veal Glace de Viande

I'd have to say the best steak I've ever eaten was at Yachtsman, too. But I have to agree with someone else's assessment of Le Cellier's rissoto. I usually substitute for it when I order the NY strip there. I've done it so often, I'm not even sure what's supposed to come with the NY strip anymore.

The Sonoma goat cheese ravioli from California Grill. It's probably one of the best things I've ever eaten anywhere!

Any steak from Shula's! And make sure to order the molten lava choc. cake (a piece of heaven on a plate), also!

DH also loved the steak at Citricos and I loved the Spicy Kazan suchi at Cal. Grill.

I must admit, we have gone to Flying Fish, twice and were not impressed either time.
And Jiko was just plain "blech"....food and service.

....We also enjoy Fulton's in DTD.

Won't be much help for today but way back (The BW Resort was not yet built and you took a Tram to Epcot) there was a restaurant in the Dolphin called Harry's Safari. We had Mother's Day Dinner with a Gorilla there.(No not my MIL. A Stuffed Gorilla:thumbsup2) The special was their own spin on Surf and Turf: Filet with Lump Crab Stuffed Lobster with a wonderful Herbed Beurre Blanc type Butter Sauce. Dessert was a special Lace Chocolate Purse filled with Strawberry and Chocolate Mousse. Can't remember yesterday but sure remember that meal.:)

The Coconut Chicken at Kona Café. It's a white meat chicken breast marinated in coconut milk then breaded with almonds, crumbly breading, and coconut shavings, then it's dipped in coconut milk AGAIN and breaded AGAIN, then baked. It's served with a summer salad of spinach, strawberries, and oranges with a home-made citrus dressing. FABULOUS! It's my favorite meal ever!

Totally agree with ya that this is one of the best meals! Altho, I was reaching over to fork up some of my sister's asian noodle bowl (while she was reaching over for my chicken!! hahahaha)
Then the best dessert is the almond cheesecake at Narcoossee's. Wowza!

Hi

Best meal I have had has got to be at Liberty Tree Tavern

DD and DF went for the "Pilgrims' Feast" which look nice but I went out on a limb and tryed the "This Season's Fresh Catch".
