what is the best savings account...??

I have started saving extra money for our disney trip and was wondering what the best way to save it would be...I mean in a savings account etc...

I have my disney money in my emigrant direct savings account. It offers 4.25% interest. If you are looking for online savings accoutns check out www.bankrate.com for the highest paying ones. I would probably just put the money in an internet savings account that way you can get it when you need it.

Kritter I found that ING has geat rates. They also have a referral program where you get $10 for referring a new account and the person you refer gets $25 (I think that program is temporarily suspended while they are offering a promotional increased interest rate) but they have great savings rates.

All it is is an online savings account that you would deposit your money in and then the interest rate is higher then the one you would get through your bank. You can either deposit manually or set up automatic payments each month. Go to www.emigrantdirect.com to learn more. It's pretty simple to sign up and safe.

I have Ing direct as well as another poster recommended another great online savings account. Although I use my Ing accout for more long term savings just because I have had that one the longest.
