Have to disagree with the Chef Mickey's call, unless your primary interest is to dine with characters (and you have no issue with cafeteria style buffet). Otherwise, for food, experience, atmosphere and family fun, I would go with (a) Hoop De Doo Review if you can bear the expense or (b) O'Hana.

My nieces had a blast at the Crystal Palace breakfast, they loved all the food, enjoyed all the characters, loved the view of the castle from our window table and the little one had so much fun with the Pooh Parade around the restaurant.
