What is the best Character Dining for us?

My kids favorite meal while at WDW has always been breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Great character interaction, fun atmoshpere, and there's plenty of food options w/ it being a breakfast buffet.

Thanks everyone! I am leaning towards tusker house... since my dh is not a morning person, we will not be doing the early morning reservations...so what is a good time for breakfast reservations? Is it better to go around 9:30 or wait until around 11 and do a brunch?

Thanks everyone!

There are 2 that are both good for boys and girls and I even loved them--

Ohanas Best Friends Breakfast--at the POLY resort (easy to get there
you take bus to Magic Kingdom then catch Monorail to POLY)--this meal is served Family style so you don't have to get up and it's all you care to eat.
The characters are Lilo, Stitch (so much fun) and Pluto--the characters are not rushed and it's a very nice atmosphere and ofcourse good food--there is a parade with the characters that kids can join in if they want to.

next choice--

Donald's Safari Breakfast at AK--if you're going to Animal Kingdom for the day this is a wonderful--very good breakfast--great atmosphere--Characters are Donald, Daisy and Goofy-There is a parade for the kid to join in with the character is they would like--this is a buffet style. Both places are so much fun and have good food--everyone in our family liked them even the adults.

remember the characters aren't there for lunch time so get the latest breakfast ressie. Love Tusker house--but I love AK!!

My favorite is Cape May-the characters have always been very funny there and they wear bathing suits, which is a photo opportunity that you will not have many other places.
Tusker House would be a nice way to start the day at animal kingdom and they have a fun dance that the kids get to do with the characters.

My DD's favorite was CP when she was 3-5 age range....now she is 8 and it is Tusker House.

Both have great Breakfast buffets, much better then later meals IMHO.....and you get in the park early, it's nice walking into a virtually empty park in the morning. Great pics of the castle or easy access to the Safari.

Either one get the 1st available seating.
