What is the best AP rate you've gotten for early Dec?

We are thinking of going in 2005 and was just wonder what the best rates people have gotten in the past so I can get a ballpark idea. There must be some good ones out there being value season! Let me hear 'em!

Wilderness Lodge courtyard view $137 before tax.

I've only been once but I got $109 (before taxes) for a standard view at AKL.

This year we got the CR for $146 tax incl and in 2002 we got AKL savannah view for $164 tax incl. We have also snagged a night here and there for a value for $49 and a mod for $88--tax incl.

$189 (pre-tax) at the Poly.

We got the BWI for $174/nt & the Poly for $170/nt without taxes. We stayed early Dec. for 8 nights & had the best ever Disney trip of our lives ! We had the best service & ammenities available with the most wonderful x-mas decorations. The transportation was incredible, the weather cold, so Christmassy ! & the lowest prices I've seen since !
