What is the BEANO channel??

I just noticed my Dish Network has a new channel called BEANO. There is only one "show" offered 24/7 and it is called, "A Little Gas Toot-orial." The description says:
Hello Future Gas Preventionology Scholars!
Take a class at the University of Gas, earn your degree, and get $1.50 off Beano! It'll do wonders for your social life."

I swear someone is trying to prank me!
