What is the advantage to using DU for...

a room only reservation? Is there any advantage? I can get the AAA discount thru Disney but is there some other reason to use Dreams? Help !

The biggest reason is that they will keep an eye out for codes or anything that will lower the cost of your resort. No need for you to do the work. They will apply the new code to your reservation.

ok....what do you mean they schedule our meals on an itierary(SP? sorry) Thanks....do I get a confirmation in the mail so I know my info...how do I make final payment...to them or to Disney...room only has to be paid for at check in or advanced?

I decided to give DU a try just this week. They're planning two trips for me (one in August, one in November) and so far I'm very very impressed. I'm getting timely emails from my agent and she secured the AP rate for the August trip.

Your reservation and an itinerary for each trip is posted on the DU website. You sign in with your reservation number and password. You can make payment by calling DU or on their secure website. Room only requires one night as deposit with the rest due at check in, I believe.

Mostly, I like having the "concierge level" planning assistance. Emails are quicker than the phone.
