if so, does it expire?

The ticket expires 7 days after its first use. If you don't activate it, it doesn't expire. And yes, it is $85 for the full 7 days.

We ordered and they are going to be available as a pick-up at Universal's self-service kiosk; we're supposed to bring the credit card we used to order. So, just wondering: how did you arrange to get your tickets by mail?

We are picking ours up at the self-service kiosk too. I didn't see an option for delivery - I probably would have paid a reasonable fee to have them delivered to my house.

Tentatively going in December 2007 for x-mas. If I buy these tickets now, and use them then will they be okay??? That is a great deal even with the US exchange.

Good questions. I would call, but I am at work. We aren't going until sometimes next year, and since these can only be picked up at the parks, what will happen between now and then? Will we have any problems getting them? I don't want to miss out on this if it ends soon.

I got an email from Universal saying if you use your Master Card, you can buy 4 tickets at $85 and get a 5th ticket free.

Unless there is a new Mastercard deal thats actually purchase four 2 day 2 park tickets (which come with 3 free days) and get one free. Its $399.80 for the 5 tickets. Its about $25 cheaper but only if you need 5 adult tickets. Also they are only 5 days but thats enough for most people.

Here is the email I got back regarding using them next year:

Hello Beth,

Thank you for contacting the Universal Online Ticket Store. The 2
park unlimited pass does not have an expiration date. You may start to use
these tickets at anytime. However, the ticket is valid for 7 consecutive
days, starting with the first day of use.
If you should need additional assistance, please let us via email
or you may contact an Online Ticket Store Representative at (407) 224-7840.
Representatives will be available Monday through Friday 8 am to 10 pm EST
and Saturday through Sunday 9 am to 8 pm EST.

I didn't see an option for delivery - I probably would have paid a reasonable fee to have them delivered to my house.

I needed to get 2 tickets last weekend for a wedding gift for this weekend. Since I needed actual tickets and not a conf. #, I went to my local AAA office and bought them there ($85/ticket).

Might be an option for some who need them quickly...
