Lake Okeechobee is at an all-time low because the genius running the water management district drained the lake thinking they needed to "in case" we had an active cane season. Well it wasn't only not active but it was an off year for rainy season so now we're in water crisis mode.

We were in severe drought mode too, but we have been lucky this spring to get plenty of the wet stuff. And it has made it not be as hot as soon- which is a good thing!
