What is something that is on your grocery list every single week?

Milk. We go through two gallons a week in my household.
Kids? When our kids were home, that was us. Now, a 1.5 liter jug of Fairlife Filtered non-fat milk lasts us two weeks. We keep a 1.5 liter jug of Fairlife whole milk on hand for cooking. Since the Fairlife keeps for months.........the jug we bought Sunday is good until September 20.......that can be in there for a couple months.

Berries - all kinds.

Carrots. The boy LOVES carrots, and he'll happily munch on a whole, raw carrot as an after school snack.
You brought back a memory! My grandfather was a vegetable farmer.
We always had fresh veggies of all kinds and if I said I was hungry my
mom would peel a huge carrot, cover it in salt (!) and I would happily
munch on it for the afternoon ::yes::🥕.

Berries, salad mix, cucumbers, bell peppers, bread and probably cheese. We almost always have parm, one or two types of cheddar, feta, blue and usually Swiss, provolone, mozzarella and cream cheese. I don’t buy any of those weekly, but replace as we run out and buy some sort of cheese most weeks. I buy half and half most weeks as well. Right now my middle daughter is home from college for the summer and our egg consumption has gone way up. I buy those most weeks.

We eat a lot of chicken and salmon and to a lesser extent beef. I buy those in bulk so although we use them weekly I don’t buy them weekly.

I can really only think of three things that come up every week.

Bananas- ds17 is a distance runner and eats a lot of bananas.

Cheese - it may be shredded, sliced, or block but always cheese

Coffee - because coffee

We buy fruits, veggies, meat, and snacks every week but they alternate.
I feel like most of what we buy is every week.

Banans
Strawberries
Grapes
Lettuce
Broccoli
yogurt
milk
eggs
chicken
chips

I do wish we ate more of a variety of meals/foods, but I'd say we go through the same meals every 2 weeks and much of our lunch, breakfast, snacks are the same each week.

Dad especially, yogurt, salads, and granola cereal are three staples. For me, bread, cheese, ans Sprouts brand applesauce. Eggs (every other week) and milk for both of us and the same with cases of Aquafina water.

Fruit nectars. Any flavor will do.
Right now I’m perfecting my POG juice drink 😉

Every week always….,
Bread
Bananas
Shredded lettuce
Red leaf lettuce (for the guinea pig)
Salad in a bag
Roma Tomatoes
Milk
Cheese (slice & shredded - not always the same type)
Lunchmeat (sliced at the deli)

Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, plain FF Greek yogurt, Oikos zero vanilla yogurt, a Panella, red peppers, lettuce, eggs, egg whites, frozen bananas and mangos, chicken breasts, chocolate rice cakes… I have three 21 year olds and a 23 year old here, health conscious (protein powder, pre and post workout stuff).

Just the one, but he's a milk fiend. We all like it too, but not as much as him. We get enough water in him, but otherwise he'd drink milk all day.

Mostly produce on a weekly basis (other items vary by week). We typically buy strawberries, spinach, mushrooms, cucumbers and salad every week. Other produce, like apples and oranges, will last a couple weeks and things like onions and sweet potatoes are monthly. Eggs are every couple weeks as well, but that's because we buy 2 dozen at a time from Costco.

I shop by sales, what I already have on hand, and what is seasonal. So I can't really think of anything I buy every week throughout the year.

Right now it would likely be tomatoes, gatorade, eggs, and some sort of berry.

My husband eats cereal every morning for breakfast. We go through a 4 litre a week.
