While I think she might actually not be lip-synching, she's not really singing either. It's more like screaming into the mic. I did notice that Beyonce/Destiny's Child and that one country singer were all lip-synching.

I really didn't like Ashlee, oh wait, I DON'T like her to begin with ...

Haven't been paying much attention to the lip-syncing, but will check it out on the next couple acts to see who is and who isn't.

Drat - I missed it! I'm not a fan at all, but I did catch this nuttiness last Saturday on SNL. It would've been interesting to see tonight's performance, but I couldn't sit through those music awards!

I really love Jessica Simpson but Ashlee needs to find another line of work....um...and NOT in fashion!!! Goodness! She forgot to put the skirt on over the crinolin!

i don't know what the heck she was doing on that stage...

i don't know about anyone else...but i have been totally unimpressed with ANY of the live performers thus far! i've never liked destiny's child and tonight confirmed that even more for me...chingy? is that his name? wow...that was far from impressive. it drives me insane when singers/rappers mispronounce words, whether it's intentional or not. i was on the verge of gouging my own eyes out at the pronunciation of the word "there". it sounded like "thurrrrrrrr"...the country act...i'm not quite sure what that was...and then there's ashlee...words just can't describe it!!

finally!!!!!!!!! someone good on the stage!!! sir elton john!!!

i'm not sure how much more of this i can take!!! i must be getting old...lol

Jessica is not any better. She sang at one of the Disney parades last year (I think it was the Christmas Day Parade) and she was terrible. I guess some people only sound good when the studio has enhanced their voices. I like the studio versions of her songs but I was shocked at how bad she really sings. I don't even like the studio versions of Ashlee's songs.

Ashley was horrible. I thought for sure she was going to be boo'd. I liked Bridget wilson I think thats here name but I hated the guys with her.
