What is REAS?

I have seen this in several posts and still have no idea what it is?
Is it an abbreviation of reservations? I know I'll feel really stupid after someone explains it to me.

It is a special package, with champagne, chocolates, etc. you can purchase from DCL.

Romantic Escape at Sea package. It costs $299 and includes a gift basket upon arrival, romantic turn down service one night, champagne brunch for one morning, ressies at Palo for dinner (and brunch too, I think), and a couple's spa treatment. One benefit to this package is that it allows you to make Palo reservations in advance and request a particular dinner seating and dining rotation.

Sorry, I didn't know there were any replies when I just responded.

It sounds absolutely wonderful! Since we are going to be traveling with our 3 children (11,5, and 1) in a Cat 4 room, I don't think it would have quite the impact on this trip. I'll have to keep it in mind for another cruise.

We have a DS6 and still are doing it. Might be easier with just one child but I have seen other posters with more children who have also enjoyed this package. Gee it sounds like I am a salesman for DCL. - Mike

We have a DD - 10 and we did it on our February cruise. Our DD loved the "romantic" turndown - our stateroom host even made a heart out of towels for her bed (in addition to the kissing swans he made on our bed) and he sprinkled a few rose petals on her bed, too... When we ordered our champagne breakfast in bed, we ordered extra for her as well and we all enjoyed breakfast in our room... The rest of it was romantic...

We will book this again for our next cruise... we really enjoyed it.
