What is Onederland?

I see the clippies and I see references to this, but I can not find a post that tells me what it is. (search is down)

But since I eventually got there- I realized what all the fuss was about- it's about dropping below the 200+ mark into a weight that is in the 100's (hence "One"derland)!!! Aren't they so great here at WISH - they make every celebration a GREAT one!!

I still have some to go to get to goal but when I stepped on that scale this morning and had made it to Onederland it was such a wonderful feeling to be out of the 200's. It really gave me a good lift at work this morning.!!!
