What is one

I wish they had really good Mexican ..
and Southern style seafood .. that's fried with hush puppies. :)

Fried oysters!! Or just a fried oyster sandwich. And not the size where you can fit six of them comfortably in a tablespoon. I mean nice sized oysters like we used to see in the Maryland area.
Second place--a GOOD prime rib sandwich--like the one I had at the Mirage when we were in Vegas. REAL prime rib, thin sliced, au jus. Disney could use one of those.

I would love to see a full-service Indian restaurant in the Animal Kingdom.

I would like really really really good chinesse I havn't found any that was decent

2nd this fifty million bagillion trillion times!!! I'm a HUGE fan of Indian food and I know Disney would get some amazing chefs to do it right! :wizard:

I'd love to see one ANYWHERE. Including in an India pavilion at Epcot, with a replica of the Taj Mahal, the Ganges River flowing through it, and the Himalayas in the background. Or at a new Asian-themed resort. Not holding my breath though. I'll gladly settle for AK.

I second that :goodvibes

I get withdrawl symptoms when I'm at WDW having to go without a decent Indian meal :)

The truth is that Disney Dining is so good there isn't a whole lot left to ask for. Other things I'd like to see (but won't hold my breath on) ...

-- a sincere attempt at a Hawaiian Luau, perhaps buffet style. Not authentic, but sincere. Disney ought to be able to do as well as the Polynesian Cultural Center, right? I'd gladly pay $40+ a head for this even (especially?) without the show.
-- a vegetarian restaurant. I'm not vegetarian myself, but I do enjoy good vegetarian cooking, and it would be great to see such dishes be the featured items instead of always being the afterthought at the bottom of the menu. It would be OK to throw in a chicken or beef dish at the bottom of the menu just as the others do with the veggie dishes.
-- a Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian restaurant. I'm not sure any of these cuisines would make it on their own, but perhaps together they'd draw a good crowd. Not sure where to put it -- maybe at that new Asian resort I mentioned. (Trivia question: what is the 4th most populous nation in the world?)
-- a very minor thing, but it would sure be nice if the UK pavilion could serve authentic English chips rather than American french fries.

I'd like to see the kid's options expanded even just a little. It would be great if they offered single-serving cups of apple sauce, for example (easy for them to store/transport/serve at restaurants and counter service/quick service). I would also like them to treat milk, for children, the way they do sodas (oh sure, drink all the evil soda you want for one low price, but pay a premium, per glass, for milk!). Their kids' offerings are SO limited that it's hard, during a week's stay, for my poor DS to have just the same handful of choices. I realize kids are known for having limited palates, but they could do just a little more and it would make it so, so much better!

chilli dogs :goodvibes

You can get chili dogs at Casey's in MK... order a hot dog and you can also order a side of chili to put on it. Its very good especially if you add the cheese sauce! Yummmm

I agree with bicker and the other posters - Indian would be great!

i wish they'd sell tofu hot dogs somewhere -- Casey's would be nice.

OH, and some vegetarian breakfast 'meats' at the buffets. More variety in that department would be great.
