What is on your Menu for a bbq this weekend?

I am having a very small bbq on Sunday, nothing fancy. We are having:

hot dog's
hamburger's
macaroni salad
baked beans
corn on the cob
watermelon

maybe some bbq chicken, just a few piece's!

Probably nothing. Barbeque season is just about over for us. It's too darn hot to stand over a grill in FL in the summer. We'll cook inside and I have no idea what. I better make up my mind pretty quick though!

Cracker Barrel! We're on our way to Hershey, Pa. and there's a Cracker Barrel in Clinton, NJ. That's the closest one to us so we only get to eat there every few years or so. I can't wait!

i have 4 slabs of pork ribs , aboutt 10 lbs of smoked sausages, a couple packs of hot dogs, will make bbq beans and potato salads, a pineapple upsidedown cake, and grilled fruit kabobs, with pineapple and apple cubes on them with a light honey glazee

I went to the store yesterday and bought a pork roast for bbq, ground beef and portabellos for sandwiches, chicken to bbq and hot dogs.

For sides I am fixing macaroni salad, potato salad, 3 bean salad, watergate salad, fruit salad, spaghetti salad, pasta salad, corn on the cob and baked beans.

I bought a selection of bread and buns and several kinds of deli meats.

Dh is getting melons today and I may bake a cake and some brownies.

I am at home waiting on FedX, so I will start to cook before they come and then go to work for a while and come back and finish cooking. I plan on getting everything done today,and then shut down the kitchen for the weekend. I want to be able to just take out the sides and reheat the meat on the grill. I hope to get away with only cooking breakfast this weekend!
