well, it wasn't in our room, but at the GF at disney, climbing up the stairs for the pool slide, there was a used tampon laying on top of some shrubbery next to the stairs.

Personal lubricant and a sex toy in the couch of a cabin we rented in Pigeon Forge. Thank goodness my 12 yr old and his friends didn't find in. Too soon to explain that to them.

Should have! I was too busy screaming and freaking out. It was our first night of our honeymoon! So I was really quite upset after our 6 hour flight! haha. But it made for some great pictures and stories!!!!

At a expensive hotel on Wikiki Beach in Oahu we entered what we thought was our room to find a couple making out on the bed. They screamed and we jumped. It turned out that we had both been rented that room. A maid was there and tried both of out cards and then said that one of us had to go back to check in for a different room. Since we hadn't been in the room we went back. Good for us because we had rented the lowest room and it ended up facing a wall of the next hotel. The hotel upgraded us to a suite that faced the ocean. It was a really nice room. The other couple were happy at the time that we said we would go back but would have been upset if they had of found out what we ended up with.

Aside from those weird folded up washcloths at WDW like a PP -

Red Roof Inn, Ohio, near Kings Island - a men's bathrobe

Americana Hotel, DC area - a wadded up towel in the fridge

Comfort Inn, Colonial Williamsburg - checked in and went right to the room where we found a presumably empty box of condoms and a number of used condoms in the trash by the TV. I took our kids out for a walk while DH called the front desk. She came to remove then and according to DH she first went "Ewwwww" and then asked if they were there when we first got to the room.

She had checked us in herself less than 10 min. ago. She saw we had kids with us. I could never figure out why she asked if they were there when we first got to the room. I mean really?

Same hotel, next morning - a used toilet brush on the floor where you hang your clothes. It didn't have doors so it wasn't exactly a closet.
