I'm not sure of wait times as I have not been to Universal since March of last year. I do know it has a single rider line, but from what I have gathered its only open on busy days.

Starting in june it will get very busy and wait times will be long and yes it has a single rider line

Rockit's single riders line fluctuates greatly. It can close at any time if it gets too full.
