what is MF?

Forgive me if I am missing the obvious--I can't find a dictionary or a glossary. I understand what closing costs are. But I keep seeing "seller pays MF" or "buyer and seller split MF". What is MF--member fees (ie yearly dues)?

Member fees include annual property taxes, management fees, utility costs, personnel costs (CMs and their pay), future maintenance, current maintenance, upgrades to the resort that the members pay, transportation costs, adjacent upkeep of the grounds, pools, etc.
