What is good quality flannel?

I want to order new sheets but I want nice quality. I found some on Amazon on clearance that are 160-gram but I have no idea if that is a nice quality.

The best flannel sheets are Lands End portuguese flannel. The 5 oz set is about $65 I think - well worth the money. I was looking for new flannel sheets this year and made the big mistake of buying on ebay. They were also portuguese flannel but not nearly the same quality. Pretty, but not soft.
