Hi there!

We are leaving for CA tomorrow and will be in the park on Sunday!! Yea!
I have a few odd and ends to ask:

What is Golden Screams and is it scary for little kids?

Is there a way to get ahead of time the schedule for the electric parade?

What is the Jump, Jive, Boogie Swing Party? and is it good?

What is the Sword in the Stone?

What is the Totem Ceremony?

If anything isn't worth doing please let me know!

Thanks so much!

Golden Screams is a show that temporarily replaces Golden Dreams in DCA. They do it turing the Halloween Time season. I've never done it personally, but have heard it's a little show where they show movie clips of Disney Villians and the audience votes for their favorites by screaming. The show, as a whole, has very poor reviews.

The Electrical Parade will not be showing when you are there. Sorry.

Don't know much about the swing party except that they usually have swing dancing every weekend at DL with a great band and even have some regular professional swing dancers perform.

Sword in teh Stone is a ceremony that takes place several times a day in front of King Arthur's Carousel. Merlin comes out and chooses an audience member to participate in the short show. It's very fun to watch, especially if your child is chosen.

Never done the Totem Ceremony but I believe it is the Brother Bear show with Koda and Kenai at the Redwood Creek play area in DCA.

HTH.
