What Is Going On??

I am trying to cancel a reservation at CBR for next Sunday night.....

I have now been on the phone for 20 MINUTES!!! What are they doing? This is NOT rocket science.

The system told me I had been selected for the survey. It is NOT going to be pretty!

Disney get your act together!!!!!!!!!


The CM just came back. It took 20 minutes because they had the wrong phone number??? HUH??? This is just idiotic!!!

Carol, it seems everyone gets selected for the survey. I wish they would do away with the survey. It has been going on for months.

Well I felt KIND of sorry for the CM, so she didn't get complete "unsatisfactory" but the results weren't what she would have liked.......

I have no clue why cancellation should require 20 minutes.....

Yes. You can opt out. Just hang up when your business is over with and do not wait for the survey. If you would like to take part in the survey but do not wish to pay long distance charges to do so, hang up, and call them back at the 800 number they give to you during your first call.

I've ALWAYS forgotten I had the survey to do , and hang up every time !!!!

I generally do opt out.... This time I didn't... 20 minutes was unacceptable!
