What is going on with my computer... not refreshing??

I'm clueless...

Whenever I go on a website, it takes itself back to the last time I visited and doesn't refresh unless I refresh it

For example, I just typed in www.yahoo.com and it came up but with "last time updated" at 8:15am, which is when I was last on the site... same with Fox News and other websites. And I'm typing it in completely... not pulling the site from auto complete. I thought maybe that would make a difference. Maybe I'll try deleting my history??

Has anyone had this problem

Clear your internet cookies. Also run a Spyware check if you have a program for it.
