What is gas now where you live?

4.07 in Buffalo. I looked online. We're actually on the Candian side and at about 1.38 per litre but I don't know how to do the conversion. :rolleyes1

ETA.. I did the conversion. Oh my goodness. We're paying roughly 5.20 per gallon.

We were going to drive to Disney .... thank heavens we scrapped that plan and found flights for 800 bucks. Dh needs to start carpooling.

(oh and you can bet the farm I will be heading over the border to fill up .. it's half an hour away and over a dollar less. Makes no sense.

The difference is taxes. Canadians pay more than in the US. Those variations happen from state to state and county to county in the US.

3.75 hr east of Pittsburgh

THats looking good compaired to $4+:sad2:

still $3.79 here in NE alabama, SO FAR. gas usually goes up here on tuesday or wednesday, so i'm expecting an increase this afternoon or tomorrow.
once it hits $4.00/gallon, DD13 will be riding the school bus, and ballet class will be cut out. my DH is working anywhere from 48-84 hours per week, and it seems he's working himself to death just to put gas in our cars.

Makes perfect sense. Our taxes are very high comparitively but I hadn't figured that into the equation.
