What is french toast loaf?

Can you describe french toast loaf? Is it dry/flaky, or is it gooey?

I love French Toast Loaf from the Main St. Bakery. It is made from several slices of toast, creme, brown suger, cinnamon and butter layered in a bread pan and then baked in the oven. They then bring it out and slice it into pretty good size pieces. It is so good. We have to get some on every trip.

Incredible! My DS10 got it as one of his DP choices, and I got two other things. I spent the entire breakfast trying to convince him to switch with me which of course, he absolutely would not do! LOL

Next trip, I'm getting a slice of my own...maybe even two slices!

That looks delicious except that I really dislike cinnamon and you guys seem to use it liberally on every dessert (US is to cinnamon as UK is to tea?? )

It is large and sticky and incredibly good, so I would definitely recommend sitting down and enjoy every delicious bite!

They did have fruit pastry's also. They also have yogurt & granola. My DH had a delicious crossaint breakfast sandwich. They have lots of yummy looking breakfast stuff.
