Bottom line the free dining is in a WDTC Package, that includes park tickets.
You CAN buy a 1 day ticket for each person in your party. Then you have a package. But park tickets are a requirement for the MYW dining.
You also have to forego any room discount you might otherwise qualify for to get the free dining package (that is, you have to pay rack rate for your room).
