What is for dinner?

I'm sitting here, quite happy to be checking in on the Disboards, and I can smell dinner cooking. My dad is frying up some ring bologna and onions. Put them on some buttered bread and yumm! I was just wondering what you are all having tonight.

Beef stew with corn, okra, and tomatos. It smells good. I am make some cornbread go with the beef stew.

It's a toss up between grilled cheese or a bowl of Fruity Pebbles

It's called Forgotten Stew. Beef Stew that you put in a roaster pan and cook with veggies and a few other ingredients real low in the oven for 6 hours. YUM... We'll also have some biscuits to go with it.

DH and parents are having SPAGHETTI w/meatballs that have been in my crockpot all day with fresh basil, oregano, parsley, red peppers and garlic.
Accompaning their sketti is whole grain garlic bread and a salad.

Im having Special K cereal. on a diet. STILL.

Red Robin, it's Belle's birthday so she got to pick!! Then I get to come home and make a two tiered birthday cake for tomorrow, no pressure.

Butter garlic chicken, rice pilaf and a a veggie.

Roasted chicken breasts, Texmati Rice and some big artichokes I got it Monterey this weekend. They are steaming now and we'll dip them in hollandaise. Yummy.
