What Is Fluff???

Is Fluff interesting or informative? Can Fluff be fun? Is some Fluff, okay...and other Fluff, off-limits? What if we don't have any Fluff? Does this mean we can't talk to *sniff* our friends anymore?

Its pure sugar, so if you consider sugar bad then yea fluff is bad too.
